Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 10 April 2026

TownshipD allows exchanges only in limited circumstances.

Eligible Exchanges

• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged goods delivered.
• Defective packaged items.

Conditions

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products must remain unused/unopened where applicable.

Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
