Refund Policy

TownshipD strives to provide quality food delivery services. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Eligible Refunds
- Item ordered is unavailable after payment.
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Damaged or spoiled item received.
- Incorrect billing or overcharge.
Non-Refundable Items
- Fresh produce unless defective.
- Prepared meals once delivered.
- Perishable groceries unless damaged.
Refund Timeframe
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
